Sun Hung Kai Properties' (0016) Phase 2A of Sierra Sea project in Sai Sha released its first price list of 148 units on Tuesday, with prices starting at HK$3.43 million after discounts.
The first batch of units includes layouts ranging from one- to three-bedrooms, with sizes spanning from 297 to 700 square feet. Discounts of up to 15 percent are offered, with prices starting at HK$3.43 million.
This phase shows a price increase of over 5 percent compared to Phase 1A(2) of the project, according to the developer.
The project will open its show flats to the public for visits starting from December 31. Receiving checks will begin on January 1 next year, with the fastest possible sales launch happening next week.
