One Park Place launched the second price list, raise prices by 1-2pc

One Park Place in Yau Tong launched the second price list offering 78 flats on Sunday, with average discounted prices “lifted by around 1-2 percent,” according to Sino Land (0083).

The Yau Tong Ventilation Building residential development was jointly developed by Sino Land, CSI Properties (0497), and MTR Corporation (0066).

The flats cost HK$14,988 per square foot on average after discounts, with layouts from one- to three-bedroom in sizes between 293 and 578 sq ft.

The cheapest home cost HK$4.26 million after discounts while the cheapest one per sq ft is priced at HK$14,156 after discounts.

Victor Tin Sio-un, executive director of Sino Land, said sales arrangement will be announced in the short term.
