Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong (0215) said its chief executive and executive director Koo Sing-fai will step down from but remain as a consultant, with Raymond Ho Wai-wing taking over both roles.

The company said Koo to devote more time to pursue other business and opportunities, according to an exchange filing.
He has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board and that he is not aware of any matters relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders, the company said.
Ho, aged 63, is a brother-in-law of Canning Fok Kin-ning, chairman and non-executive director of the company.
He previously served at Vietnamobile Telecommunications Joint Stock Company, part of CK Hutchison’s (0001) Asian telecom business, as General Director from 2021 to 2025, and as Chief of the South Region and National Chief Communications Officer from 2019 to 2021.
