Sun Hung Kai's Sierra Sea entering presale, with show flats by Easter

Sun Hung Kai Properties's (0016) massive Sai Sha project, Sierra Sea, may open show flats for Phase 1A (2) during the Easter holiday.

SHKP’s real estate agency general manager, Andy Chan Hon-lun, said the project is expected to receive presale consent within the next day or two, after which the group will upload the project's sales brochure and announce pricing.

The Sai Sha project spans some 8.05 million square feet and will offer nearly 10,000 homes. It is one of the largest projects undertaken by the developer.
