Fairwood names Francis Lo vice chairman

Fast food chain Fairwood (0052) said its chief executive, Francis Lo Fai-shing, has been appointed as vice chairman.

Peggy Lee has taken over Lo’s previous role as the new chief, according to a filing on Tuesday.

Francis Lo’s father Dennis Lo Hoi-yeung has been redesignated from executive director to non-executive director, but remains the chairman of the company, the filing said.
