Yoho West Parkside in Tin Shui Wai launches third round of sales with 108 units

Yoho West Parkside in Tin Shui Wai, a project by Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) and MTR (0066), launched its third round of sales on Thursday, offering 108 units, with the lowest discounted price per square foot at HK$9,594.

The batch, ranging from 267 to 679 square feet and featuring one- to three-bedroom layouts, is priced between HK$3.07 million and HK$10.46 million after discounts.

The cheapest unit is a 267-square-foot one-bedroom, priced at HK$11,494 per square foot after discounts.
