Hong Kong stocks drop at the open

The Hang Seng Index fell by 187 points, or 0.77 percent, to 24,182 points at the open, following a global sell-off amid uncertainties of US tariffs. 

The Hang Seng Tech Index fell by 1 percent to around 6,000 points.
