101 Kings Road cuts sixth list prices by 4pc

101 Kings Road in North Point, developed by Wang On Properties (1243), has rolled out the sixth price list, offering 26 units starting from HK$7.1 million after discount, with sales arrangements uploaded and 12 units set for release on Saturday.
The new price list has an average price per square foot of HK$24,760, 3.89 percent lower than the HK$25,761 in the previous price list.
The new price list includes one-bedroom and three-bedroom units ranging from 310 to 568 square feet, with prices between HK$10.14 million and HK$20.75 million.
