The Reserve in Tuen Mun has been oversubscribed by more than 11 times by receiving over 2,800 checks

Early Light International, founded by "King of Toys" Francis Choi Chee-ming, received over 2,800 checks for 216 flats in The Reserve during the weekend, making them oversubscribed by 11 times.

The project, the second phase of Gold Coast Bay in Tuen Mun, is set to unveil the third price list on Tuesday at the earliest, according to the developer.

Homebuyers are fond of one-bedroom flats and studios, with some of them buying for investment, said Raymond Lee Ping-yu, Early Light International property development department managing director.
