Grand Seasons' first 138 units priced at HK$4.52 million or above

Wheelock Properties unveiled today the first price list of Grand Seasons in Tseung Kwan O, pricing 138 units at as low as HK$4.52 million after discounts.

The project, also known as Phase 12C of Lohas Park, is jointly developed by Wheelock and MTR Corp (0066).

This batch costs between HK$4.52 million and HK$11.53 million after discounts, or HK$13,989 and HK$18,545 per square foot.

Among the 138 flats, there are 41 one-bedroom unit, 66 two-bedroom with an open kitchen, 20 two-bedroom with a closed kitchen, 9 three-bedroom units, and two special apartments.

Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, managing director of Wheelock Properties, said the first round of sales may start as early as next week.
