Vincent Cheung appointed Nan Fung chair

Nan Fung Group announced the appointment of Vincent Cheung Sai-sing, the eldest son of the honorary chairman Vivien Chan Wai-wai, replacing Antony Leung Kam-chung as chief executive.

The appointment will be effective on Thursday.

Cheung joined the group in 2009. He has been managing director and the chief operating officer since 2015.

Leung has been chief executive since 2014. He will continue to be the chairman.
