Hang Seng barely moves

Stocks are flat in Hong Kong. The benchmark Hang Seng Index is at 24,698.70, up by just 3.25 points.

In mainland China, the Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index is flat at 3,349.92. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange Composite Index has also barely moved at 2,291.66.
