Evergrande Health loss deepens to HK$2.2b

Evergrande Health Industry (0708) lost HK$2.27 billion yuan (HK$2.56 billion) in the first six months from a net loss of 1.53 billion yuan the year before.

Revenue was up by 7.03 percent year-on-year to 4.51 billion yuan. The gross profit margin was up by 4.92 percentage points to 27.99 percent.

The basic earnings per loss were 26.319 fen. It did not declare a dividend.
