Louis Vuitton in talks to open one of its largest outlets in Asia at K11 Musea

New World Development (0017) is in talks with French luxury brand Louis Vuitton to open a new store of about 40,000 square feet in the group's K11 Musea mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, Bloomberg reported, citing sources. 

The new store will be one of the largest LV outlets in Asia. 

It has been reported that the Louis Vuitton store may include a museum, café and lounge for the brand's VIP customers.

Discussions between the two sides are at an advanced stage though rental rates are not yet known, according to the report.
