Le Mont in Tai Po set to launch sales this month

Vanke Hong Kong plans to unveil the first price list for its Le Mont development in Tai Po within the week and is set to launch sales by the end of this month.

More than 70 percent of the units in the first phase are small to mid-sized, mainly one- and two-bedroom apartments, said Quincy Chow Ming-hei, managing director at Vanke Hong Kong.

The developer will open four show flats to the public this week, including a 428-square-foot two-bedroom unit.
