State Pavilia to put 12 flats by tender on Sat

State Pavilia, the residential project within New World Development's (0017)  redevelopment of the historic State Theatre in North Point, will launch 12 flats by tender this Saturday.

The 12 flats involve three-bedroom and four-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 834 to 1,522 square feet.
Earlier, the developer said it may launch its first offering of 24 special flats this week at the earliest.

That is because the project's show flat visitor quota was three times overbooked last weekend, according to NWD general manager of business and marketing for special projects Cannas Ho Ka-yan.
