Outstanding customer service is a vital foundation for fostering exceptional tourism in Hong Kong. To elevate service standards, the Hong Kong Tourism Board presents the annual “Outstanding QTS Merchants and Service Staff Awards” to honour QTS-accredited merchants and staff for their outstanding contributions and performance.
This year, three frontline representatives from 3SUPREME, a premium brand under Hutchison Telecom Hong Kong, excelled in the “2025 Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Awards” for their exceptional service. Additionally, 3SUPREME has been awarded the newly introduced “Grand Award,” achieving the highest score among merchants across various industries. This accolade underscores the team’s consistent excellence in customer service and the company’s commitment to talent development.

Building Trust Through Excellent Service
Miu Lam, based at the 3SUPREME shop in Tsim Sha Tsui, clinched the “Gold Award” in the “Telecommunications and Electronics” supervisory staff category. Miu enjoys connecting with customers and proactively addressing their needs. During a consultation with a customer, she discovered that the lady’s old phone held precious photos of her deceased family. Concerned about losing them with a new device, Miu patiently explained the process, successfully transferred the photos and data to the new phone, and guided her on backing up files to the cloud. She even set the photos as the phone’s wallpaper. The customer expressed deep gratitude and emotion.
Professionalism and Attentive Care
With a decade of sales experience, Cathy Leung secured the “Gold Award” in the “Telecommunications and Electronics” frontline staff category. She assisted an elderly customer keen to buy a smartphone to connect with his granddaughter in Canada but hesitant about usage. Cathy recommended social media apps, demonstrated basic functions, and enrolled him in a mobile phone anti-scam workshop. “Receiving praise and appreciation from customers brings me great satisfaction,” she shared.
Fostering Relationships Through Communication
Mandy Chan, also from a 3SUPREME shop, earned the “Silver Award” in the same frontline staff category. When asked about her success, Mandy attributed it to sincere service. “I send congratulatory messages for birthdays and festive occasions, share tailored mobile phone updates and promotions, and reply to customers’ messages promptly—even during holidays—to make them feel valued,” she explained.
Commitment to Excellence
As a QTS-accredited merchant, 3SUPREME remains dedicated to a customer-centric approach, supported by a top-tier team, a world-class network, and innovative services, enhancing customers’ digital lifestyles.
This year’s award theme, “Let’s Go the Extra Mile,” celebrates frontline staff’s efforts in boosting service quality in Hong Kong. Widely regarded as a premier event, it highlights service excellence across the region.
