Grand Seasons, the phase 12 C of Lohas Park in Tseung Kwan O, released its first price list yesterday to offer 138 units, with the cheapest priced at HK$4.52 million or HK$13,989 per square foot after discounts. Meawhile, State Pavilia, the residential project within New World Development's (0017) redevelopment of the historic State Theatre in North Point, will launch its first offering of 24 special flats this week.
The project is jointly developed by Wheelock and MTR Corporation (0066).

Last weekend, the project's show flat visitor quota was three times overbooked, NWD general manager of business and marketing for special projects Cannas Ho Ka-yan said.
The 24 units to be sold by tender comprise three- and four-bedroom flats, with sizes ranging from 834 to 1,522 sq ft. Most boast sea views of Victoria Harbour.
In other news, Double Coast I in Kai Tak, co-developed by four developers including Wheelock Properties and Henderson Land (0012), recorded three deals yesterday for a total of around HK$25 million. A 627-sq-ft three-bedroom unit was sold for HK$12.97 million or HK$20,679 per sq ft.
Elsewhere in Kai Tak, KT Marina sold a 771-sq-ft three bedroom unit for HK$16.6 million. The development is a joint venture involving K Wah International (0173), Wheelock Properties and China Overseas Land and Investment (0688).June Chen
