NWD's Grand Austin Bohemian to release remaining 34 units this week

New World Development's (0017) Tsim Sha Tsui residential project Grand Austin Bohemian, will launch the remaining 34 units this week, with sales expected to begin as early as next week.

Cannas Ho Ka-yan, director of sales and marketing at NWD,  said the remaining units have room for price increases and the sales arrangement will be uploaded after the period.

This project offers 64 units in total, ranging from 171 to 266 sq ft. All units are studios and one-bedroom units.
