Man throws paper at staff in Cheung Sha Wan library over computer arrangement dispute

A man threw paper at two female staff members at Cheung Sha Wan Public Library on Monday afternoon following a dispute over computer facility arrangements.

The incident occurred at about 5pm when the man became agitated about computer usage arrangements and began arguing with staff. During the confrontation, he threw paper at the two women before fleeing the scene.

Neither staff member was injured or required hospital treatment. Police arrived at the scene and have classified the case as assault on public officers.

The case has been transferred to Investigation Team 8 of Sham Shui Po District Crime Squad for follow-up investigation. No arrests have been made, with police searching for a man aged between 35 and 45.
