Chinese e-commerce platform Yangxiaomie’s operator, Quantgroup, closed its retail book for Hong Kong initial public offering, with at least HK$79.21 billion in margin orders, about 6.056 times oversubscribed.

The company plans to issue 13.35 million shares, with 10 percent offered to the public at a price range of HK$8.8 to HK$9.8 per share, raising up to HK$130 million.

Each board lot comprises 500 shares, with a minimum investment of HK$4,949.40 per lot.

Quantgroup is expected to debut on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 27.

Hebei Haiwei Electronic New Material Technology saw its retail book oversubscribed about 2,000 times, attracting roughly HK$88 billion in margin financing.

The capacitor-film maker is offering 30.83 million shares, with 10 percent earmarked for the Hong Kong public tranche, at an issue price of HK$14.28 per share to raise about HK$440 million. Each board lot is 200 shares, with a minimum investment of HK$2,884.8.

The company is set to list on November 28. BYD (1211), a customer of Haiwei and a pre-IPO investor, holds a 4.9 percent stake.
