Corporate Chef Alfredo Perez and his team have created a sumptuous collection of all-time South American favourites paired with a superb array of classic wines in this celebration menu, bringing to guests a memorable Argentinian dining experience brimming with Latino passion and vibrancy.
Tango is an alluring, rustic rendition of an authentic Argentinian steak house, famed for presenting prime cuts of Argentinian steaks straight from The Pampas of South America, sizzling over the open grill and matched with an impressive array of Argentinian wines from their finest vineyards.
At the heart of the kitchen is Head Chef Maxi Metetiero, who is in charge of the large sizzling open cooking station where the steaks and meat are perfectly prepared with mouthwatering aromas wafting over the area.
Prime quality Argentinian rump, fillet, sirloin, rib eye, skirt or ribs are sourced from grass-fed sustainable beef and hand-selected from a source ranch. The mains are complemented by quintessential Argentinian empanadas, appetizers, salads and pasta, including a selection of zesty seafood ceviche and indulgent desserts. The menu also features lamb, chicken and salmon options, plus an extensive selection of vegetarian side dishes.
Included among the array of fine wines are the classic Argentinian Malbecs, recognised as some of the best wines produced globally. Tango also introduces a Buenos Aires cocktail culture with a mixologist menu inspired by the legendary cocktail capital.
The special celebration menu, of course, includes all the crowd-pleasers. Ceviche, Empanada and sausage platters will start the feast, followed by impeccable Steaks and Grills, and classic Argentinian Desserts. For those not taking the wine pairing package, Tango also offers a selection of elegant South American wines.
You can now enjoy the celebration 4-course dinner menu at $588 with an option of wine pairing at $300, available each night at Tango Central throughout November.
