A middle-aged man has been repeatedly spotted hiking naked on a hillside opposite Tung Chun Court in Shau Kei Wan, with residents reporting he exposes himself to female hikers and urinates toward residential buildings.

A local woman surnamed Kong told TVB's "scoop" programme she frequently sees the man completely naked on the hillside path near her home. She captured footage of him urinating toward the residential direction. The path is so close to housing estates that his nudity is clearly visible.
Management offices said they are powerless as the area is outside estate boundaries. Another resident, Ryan, reported seeing the man sunbathing naked on a rock for 30 to 40 minutes.

Female hikers said the man has a small hut on the hill and jumps out to expose himself when women walk by. One woman confronted him, saying: "He talked a lot, said he's just not wearing clothes. I told him I'm a woman, he's a man, it's shameful. He said you could look away."
During filming, a "scoop" production team member stepped in human feces left by the man. The programme ended with a teaser showing they later located the suspect and gave chase, with one crew member injured.
