Titled “The Ways in Patterns: An Immersive Digital Exhibition from The Palace Museum” and exclusively sponsored by the Institute of Philanthropy, the exhibition themed around “patterns” and grounded in the concept of “immersion”that draws traditional patterns from the Palace Museum’s architecture, ceramics, and textiles, reimagining them through innovative digital technology.

By interweaving the Palace Museum pattern designs with innovative digital technology, the exhibition reveals the rich cultural meanings of the decorations.
It is highlighted that three of the seven sections of the exhibition are designated for the Hong Kong show. Among these, one area will showcase the intricate details and overall appearance of artifacts developed using AI technology.
Meanwhile, a section will display the patterns found on clothing artifacts on thin fabric, which are extracted and deconstructed with digital technology.
