SHK's Novo Land launches 108 new units from $3m up

Phase 3A of Sun Hung Kai Properties' (0016) Novo Land in Tuen Mun unveiled its first price list, offering 108 units starting from nearly HK$3 million after discounts.

This project includes seven studios as well as 12 one-bedroom, 65 two-bedroom, and 24 three-bedroom configurations, with areas ranging from 259 to 686 square feet. The listed prices span HK$3.53 million to HK$9.13 million. After applying discounts of up to 15 percent, discounted prices range from HK$3 million to HK$7.76 million, translating to HK$10,461 to HK$12,589 per sq ft.

The property is located at 8 Yan Po Road, Tuen Mun, New Territories and comprises two towers, offering a total of 534 residential units.

The project's earlier phase 3B launched last year, with a discounted average price of HK$11,598. Its open-kitchen units were sold at HK$2.98 million on a discounted basis.
