As there have not been any luxury houses supplies in Hebe Haven for 15 years, the homes in the project will be priced in line with other luxury homes from developers that lie near the sea in the area.
Meanwhile, Henderson Land Development (0012) has cashed in around HK$11 billion from the sale of 1,062 homes at The Henley and Henley Park in Kai Tak. A 888-sq-ft flat at The Henley II sold for HK$30.81 million or HK$34,700 sq ft this week.
