Singapore’s EKH’s retail tranche oversubscribed 8,964 times, third on Main Board in 2026

Eng Kong Holdings, a leading container depot operator in Singapore and the second-largest in Southeast Asia, saw its retail tranche oversubscribed 8,964 times on Wednesday – the third most oversubscribed among Main Board listings this year.

The company has drawn HK$125.2 billion in margin loans. This oversubscription level ranks fourth among all IPOs this year overall.

It plans to offer 51.6 million shares, raising up to HK$140 million. The offer price is between HK$2.2 and HK$2.68. Each lot comprises 2,000 shares, with a minimum entry fee of HKD 5,414.10.

EKH is scheduled to debut on July 13.
