Swire Properties' rental price drop in 2025

Swire Properties (1972) Pacific Place and Taikoo Place offices have seen a rental price drop of 13 percent and 15 percent, respectively, according to its fourth quarter report.

Pacific Place's occupancy rate grew to 96 percent as of last year, but Taikoo Place fell to 89 percent. The company's total rental occupancy rate was 91 percent, down from 2 percent year-on-year.

The company's three main retail properties were all sold out as of last year, retail sales surged from 1.6 percent to 5.6 percent.
