TSL Jewellery CFO, company secretary resigns

Tse Sui Luen Jewellery (International) (0417) said its chief financial officer and company secretary, Yeung Yuk-lun, has resigned from the roles.

The resignation, which was already effective, allowed him to dedicate more time to his other business commitments, according to a filing on Sunday. 

The jeweler thanked Yeung for his contribution and confirmed that there was no disagreement between the two parties. 

TSL has also appointed Florence Chang Hang-yee as the company secretary. Chang, a manager of East Asia Sentinel Services, has over 15 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field. 

She is a Chartered Secretary and an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom.
