Grand Jete in Tuen Mun puts five flats for sale via tender

Grand Jete Phase One in Tuen Mun unveiled five flats on Wednesday, which will be sold via tender on October 8.

The three-bedroom units have sizes of 712 and 722 square feet.

The project, co-developed by CK Asset (1113) and Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016), has sold over 90 percent of its units, cashing in over HK$3.8 billion, the developer said.
