As small and medium-sized enterprises contribute to about 40 percent of the UAE's gross domestic product, the company said its reliable delivery services could empower SMEs to scale efficiently, especially with the rise of e-commerce.
It also said it aims to empower driver partners by efficiently connecting them with delivery opportunities across Dubai, while SMEs could benefit from instant and affordable delivery solutions, the company said.
“The UAE has long been a pivotal global trading and logistics hub, connecting Asia, Europe and Africa,” said Paul Loo Kar-pui, chief operating officer of Lalamove.
With the ability to adapt to local nuances, the company can implement tailored strategies for each market, delivering scalable, agile logistics solutions that drive growth for the local economy, he added.
