Nio to launch its Firefly EV in Europe in Q3, president says

Chinese electric vehicle maker Nio (9866) will launch its Firefly electric vehicle in Europe in the third quarter, its president Qin Lihong said on Tuesday.

The company's progress in Europe has been slower than expected and they had underestimated challenges in sales and service network expansion, Nio's cheif executive William Li Bin told reporters at an event ahead of the Shanghai auto show.
