In One Above in Ho Man Tin adds 48 units on fifth price list

In One Above Phase 1A in Ho Man Tin, jointly developed by Chinachem and MTR Corporation (0066), launched its fifth price list with 48 units.

The new price list features all two-bedroom units, with prices starting at HK$10.22 million and as low as HK$18,888 per square foot. Sales are expected to begin as early as next week.

Meanwhile, the developer updated its 4E price list with 39 units, all of which are one-bedroom layouts with a usable area ranging from 333 to 338 sq ft. The discounted prices start at HK$6.76 million, with units being sold for as low as HK$19,988 per sq ft.

The one-bedroom flats offer better prices with a new payment plan, while two-bedroom units are newly introduced and not comparable to previous listings, the company said.

Additionally, 26 three-bedroom units with storage rooms were launched for sale on the same day through tender.

The entire In One series has sold 470 units to date, raking in more than HK$8 billion.
