Mixue circulates memo on proper lemon disposal

A staff member at one of Mixue's (2097) stores has stated that a directive stipulating that lemon slides cannot be kept overnight has been circulated from headquarters, and staff must take photos, log records, and document disposal at the end of each day, mainland media reported.

China's largest bubble tea and drinks chain has recently come under fire again over food safety concerns after a store was accused of using old lemon slices stored at room temperature overnight for its popular drink.

In spite of this, Mixue's shares still rose nearly 7 percent to HK$443.80 today.
