A staff member at one of Mixue's (2097) stores has stated that a directive stipulating that lemon slides cannot be kept overnight has been circulated from headquarters, and staff must take photos, log records, and document disposal at the end of each day, mainland media reported.

In spite of this, Mixue's shares still rose nearly 7 percent to HK$443.80 today.
