Vanke's Le Mont Phase 1 catches buyers' fancy as second price list released

Vanke Hong Kong has unveiled the second price list for the first phase of its Le Mont property in Tai Po, with 41 units offered at an average discounted price of HK$11,311 per square foot – 5.8 percent higher than the first price list.

Over 1,800 checks were received for 122 units on its first and second price lists, making the project 14.8 times oversubscribed as of March 8.

The newly launched units include five studio flats alongside 16 one-bedroom, 15 two-bedroom and five three-bedroom units, with salable areas ranging from 244 to 713 sq ft. Discounted prices range from HK$2.67 million to HK$8.54 million, or HK$10,280 to HK$12,319 per sq ft.
