The Reserve launched 65 flats in the third price list

The second phase of Early Light International’s Gold Coast Bay, The Reserve in Tuen Mun, released the third price list today to offer 65 units, with the average price for a square foot at HK$10,538 after discounts, HK$450 or 4.5 percent higher than the average price in the second list.

The new batch includes 39 one-bedroom units, 19 two-bedroom units and seven three-bedroom flats with prices starting from HK$2.84 million after discounts or HK$9,096 per sq ft.

The third round of sales will be kicked off this Saturday to launch all 281 units in the first three lists.
