Naspers offloads 22m shares in Tencent unit

South African internet group Naspers, Tencent's (0700) major shareholder, has sold 22 million shares of Prosus, a subsidiary under Tencent.

Naspers' stake in Prosus has dropped from 73.8 percent to 72.5 percent, according to the company. Shares of Tencent dropped by 1.94 percent to HK$383.40 as of noon.
