Most of us would not even be able to afford a room in one of the six amazing properties which Habitat Property is marketing. But there's no harm just looking, is there?

The homes Habitat has been appointed sole agent for include a rare entire block in Sheung Wan, a resort-like family home in Stanley and a unit with a private walled terrace in Redhill Peninsula.
"While 2021 was a record year for Hong Kong property prices on the back of strong local end-user demand, 2022 so far is more mixed, both up and down due to the multitude of unknowns that traditionally influence the real estate market's behavior," said Victoria Allan, founder and managing director of Habitat Property.
"However, there is value in the market to be leveraged, with investors seizing on this plus the general market willing to upsize or make lateral moves to make the most of it. Along with the sudden surge in supply, this has created a more grounded and realistic market.
"Recently, we have seen market activity pick up, as buyers - especially end users - continue to take advantage of the improving supply options and vendors being more realistic. We predict the remainder of 2022 to be similar, with activity increasing for the second half of the year, as we do see some 'green shoots' longer term and looking to 2023."
The property agent's biggest coup is a rare whole block in Sai Street, Sheung Wan (HK$152.8 million). Renovated in the style of a New York family home, it has five en-suite bedrooms, a gym, six bathrooms, a roof terrace and internal car park.
The 4,036-sq-ft six-story block also houses expansive living areas, rear terrace with barbecue facilities, eat-in kitchen, and separate laundry areas.
Coming in a close second in terms of price and desirability is Stanley Breeze (HK$150 million) in the heart of Stanley.
The 3,222-sq-ft house - one of the largest in the area - is made for indoor-outdoor living with a private pool, grand terrace off the living room and charming back garden.
Its three grand en-suite bedrooms have a flexible layout that allows them to be modified to five bedrooms.
Another ultra-luxurious family house is a 2,836-sq-ft unit at Tai Tam's Redhill Peninsula (HK$102 million).
Enclosed within a large private walled garden, it has three bedrooms, including two en suites and two walk-in wardrobes, as well as a study, guest toilet and private garage. The European kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances offers direct access to the garden while huge windows flood the entire space with natural light.
If condo living is more your style, Eredine on Mount Kellett Road (HK$128 million) offers an immaculately renovated interior to match its stunning views from The Peak. Spread out in the 2,786-sq-ft living space are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a study, a great eat-in kitchen and large helpers area. It also boasts high ceilings and beautiful interior finishes throughout.
