The tender sale involved a one-bedroom unit of a saleable area of 287 square feet, marking a price per square foot of HK$17,770, the company revealed.
Emperor said the buyer loves the open sea view of the Southern District and believes the project, located in the future Aberdeen MTR station, has potential to appreciate.
Southsky has sold 100 units so far, which accounted for 91 percent of the whole project and allowed the developer to cash in more than HK$615 million.
Emperor said only 10 units are left for sale, including eight one-bedroom flats and two rooftop apartments.
