Immersive interactive art experience at Venetian Macao

A massive, colorful immersive interactive art experience, SuperNature Macao, is being hosted by The Venetian Macao, Cotai Expo, where visitors are invited to change the nature of the works in real time.

This has been created by teamLab, an interdisciplinary group of specialists that include artists, programmers, engineers, CG animators, mathematicians and architects whose collaborative practice seeks to navigate the confluence of art, science, technology, design and the natural world.

SuperNature Macao, is a single, massive world made up of groundbreaking works that aim to explore new perceptions of the world and the continuity between humans and nature. It is a ‘body immersive’ interactive experience centred around a group of works that blur the boundaries between people’s bodies and art.

The 5,000 square metres of labyrinthine floor space and cavernous eight-meter high ceilings throughout creates a complex, three-dimensional space of varying elevations. Challenging the conventional notion of the physical, teamLab unveils several never-before-seen massive, immersive artworks.

teamLab is widely exhibited worldwide, including in New York, London, Paris, Singapore, Beijing, Taipei, and Melbourne among others. The permanent museums Mori Building Digital Art Museum: teamLab Borderless opened in Odaiba, Tokyo in June 2018, and teamLab Borderless Shanghai in Huangpu District, Shanghai in November 2019.

The experience is open from 10:00 am to 10:00pm every day. Tickets are priced at HK$238 for adults (13 years and above) , HK$168 for children (between 3 and 12 years). Tickets for morning entry (before noon), are priced at HK$168. Family package HK$358 Package (one adult and a child), famil package 2 HK$468 (two adults and a child), and limited time soft opening family package HK$476 (two adults and and children).
