A 73-year-old man died after falling from a residential building in Tsz Wan Shan on Tuesday morning (Dec 30), in what police believe was a domestic accident.
Police received a report at around 9.19am that a man was found unconscious on the pavement at the junction of Yuk Wah Crescent and Yuk Wah Street, outside Ka Wah Building. Paramedics arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene.
A piece of white fabric stained with blood and several laundry clips were found at the scene.
Initial investigations indicate that the man fell while hanging curtains from the balcony of a first-floor flat. No suicide note was found.
The cause of death will be determined after an autopsy.
