Star Voyager to make HK its home port starting June

Star Cruises announced that its cruise ship Star Voyager will make Hong Kong its home port starting in June, marking a significant return after three decades since its operations began in the city.

During its Hong Kong season through August, Star Voyager will offer travelers three-night sailings to Kaohsiung and Penghu, Taiwan, as well as five-night trips to Okinawa, Japan.

The vessel will also operate regular departures for its popular two-night weekend getaway to international waters.

The cruise operator stated in a press release that its return not only expands itinerary options for travelers but also demonstrates Star Cruises' long-term commitment to developing Asia's cruise market.

"The arrival of Star Voyager will significantly boost Hong Kong and regional cruise tourism," the company added.
