MTR to increase Tseung Kwan O Line train frequency

MTR Corporation will operate at least 52 additional train trips on the Tseung Kwan O Line during Sundays and public holidays.

Starting on Sunday (Feb 23), regular train services will be enhanced from 9am to midnight on the Line.

The train frequency between North Point and Po Lam stations will be increased to approximately every 4.5 minutes, while the frequency between Tiu Keng Leng and LOHAS Park stations will increase to around every 9 minutes.

"We will continue to suitably enhance and adjust train services based on actual demand and train operations," the corporation said in the announcement on Thursday.
