Hong Kong interbank offered rates continued to ease on Monday, with the one-month rate tied to mortgages falling 4.3 basis points to 2.73 percent, marking a third consecutive day of declines.

Short-term rates saw mixed movements. Overnight HIBOR dropped over 10 basis points to 2.66 percent, while the one-week rate inched up 0.9 basis points to 2.81 percent and the two-week rate fell 2.7 basis points to 2.78 percent.
Medium- to long-term rates also softened. The three-month HIBOR declined 4.8 basis points to 2.79 percent, the six-month HIBOR edged down 0.7 basis points to 2.98 percent, and the 12-month rate fell 3.9 basis points to 3.08 percent.
