Ho Man Tin's In One Above to put 32 flats on sale this week

Ho Man Tin's In One Above Phase 1A – jointly developed by Chinachem and MTR Corporation (0066) – plans to put 32 flats on sale this Saturday.

These flats involve 18 units by tender and 14 units via price list, with sizes ranging from 425 to 960 square feet.

The developer said In One Above has sold 98 flats for a total of HK$1.12 billion in three weeks.

The In One series has sold 568 units to date, cashing in more than HK$9.13 billion all together.
