Ex-cop wins $152,500 from finger-biting rioter in Sha Tin mall case

The retired officer, now a former chief superintendent, told Sing Tao Daily, the sister publication of The Standard, that he plans to donate the compensation to the Sha Tin District Community Fund and APO Relief Fund.
