Most of the routes will be suspended gradually from 16.20 onwards. To facilitate passengers connecting to KMB routes at various Bus-Bus Interchanges, the following KMB Routes will maintain services until 17.20:

Most daytime services will operate until about 4.20 pm on Tuesday, after which most of our services will be suspended in an orderly manner.
Particularly, Route B5 which connects the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port and Sunny Bay Station will suspend services starting at 3:00 pm due to the temporary closure of the bridge. During the Gale or Storm Signal No.8, Citybus Routes B3X, B7 (offering trips between Fanling Station and Heung Yuen Wai port only) and S1 will offer limited services.
Additionally, the "Hong Kong City Sightseeing" open-top tours will be suspended on on 23 September and 24 September.

New World First Ferry: Tuesday's last ferries to depart earlier
Due to the effect of Typhoon Ragasa, the last ferry departures for New World First Ferry's inter-island routes on September 23 will be earlier. The last ferry from Cheung Chau to Peng Chau will depart at 6:35 am; the last ferry from Peng Chau to Cheung Chau will depart at 7:30 am.
At the same time, as weather and sea conditions can change rapidly, for passenger safety, New World First Ferry may need to suspend all services entirely shortly before or after the hoisting of the No. 8 typhoon signal. New World First Ferry urges the public, especially outlying island residents, to pay close attention to the latest weather news and media reports regarding ferry service arrangements to avoid inconvenience caused by service suspension. Resumption arrangements will be announced separately.

TurboJET: Services suspended during No. 8 signal
Due to the super typhoon's approach, TurboJET will implement the following sailing arrangements during the No. 3 typhoon signal:
. Hong Kong-Macau Route (Hong Kong - Macau Outer Harbour) will maintain limited sailings service.
. Hong Kong - Taipa sailings are suspended.
. Zhuhai and Shekou sailings are suspended.
. Macau Sea Tour is suspended.
When the Observatory issues the No. 8 or higher typhoon signal, all sailing services will be suspended until further notice.
TurboJET will make adjustments according to actual weather conditions. Passengers are advised to pay close attention to the latest typhoon information and the latest sailing information on the company's official website and social media platforms.
Ticketing arrangements affected by the typhoon
Passengers affected by the typhoon can change their sailing time free of charge; or apply for a refund or change their sailing time within one month after service resumes. Passengers who purchased tickets through travel agents need to contact the relevant agent for refund processing.
High-speed rail
Due to the expected severe weather brought by the super typhoon to Hong Kong and nearby areas, MTR has received notification from mainland railway authorities that high-speed rail services between Hong Kong West Kowloon Station and mainland stations will be gradually canceled starting tomorrow (23rd):

Partial cancellations before 6pm on Tuesday, September 23.

Full cancellations after 6pm on Tuesday through the entire day of Wednesday, September 24.
Passengers traveling during the above periods should check the latest schedule information via the 12306 website (12306.cn) and its app. Passengers can also check for the latest updates on the High Speed Rail website, mobile app, or at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station. During the typhoon, Hong Kong West Kowloon Station will remain open during operating hours, and catering and retail outlets within the station will operate as far as possible.
Road traffic
The Emergency Response Command Center Office of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge announced that due to the impact of Typhoon Ragasa, and upon consensus reached by Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, the Zhuhai Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge will suspend outbound clearance services from 3:00 pm on September 23, and the main bridge will be closed simultaneously.
The reopening time will be announced separately based on the typhoon situation. Drivers and passengers are advised to pay attention to weather information and relevant traffic alerts, and adjust their travel plans accordingly.
