Prices for Cloudview in Sheung Shui to be announced after CNY

Cloudview in Sheung Shui, developed by Wing Tai Properties (0369), will launch the price list as early as after the Chinese New Year, Wing Tai said on Wednesday.

The developer mentioned that the project has received over 2,000 inquiries, with mainland customers accounting for about 20 percent to 30 percent of the total inquiries.

Besides, the developer highlighted that only four top-floor units in this project are intended to be sold via tendering.

With the market remaining active recently, the developer noted that it believes that the market will continue to perform well in both volume and price after the Chinese New Year, with property prices expected to increase by 5 percent to 8 percent this year.
