HK home loans in negative equity fall 32pc to two-year low
Hong Kong's residential mortgage loans in negative equity decreased 32 percent to 21,304 cases in the fourth quarter from 31,449 cases of the July-September period, marking a two-year low, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority said on Friday.
