Town Health International Medical Group (3886) has appointed Karson Choi Ka-tsan as its new chairman and executive director.

Choi, who currently co-heads Sing Tao News Corporation (1105), takes over the reins from Wong Chun-wa, who has stepped down as chairman due to other commitments.
Choi's tenure as executive director and chairman in Town Health extends from December 15, 2023 to December 31, 2024.
He will receive a monthly emolument of HK$200,000, a figure determined by the board considering his duties, responsibilities, the company's remuneration policy and prevailing market conditions.
Choi, 37, graduated from the University of Southern California and was awarded an honorary university fellowship by the University of Hong Kong.
He is the executive director and co-chairman of Sing Tao News Corporation, vice-chairman of Early Light Industrial Company, the world's largest toys manufacturer, and founder and chairman of Unique Timepieces.
Choi is also a member of the University of Hong Kong's court and holds positions in various government advisory committees and social groups.
In the mainland, he is a deputy director of the population, resources, and environment committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a member of the CPPCC's national committee.
Meanwhile, Dominic Fok Siu-wing has been made an executive director and Linda Lee Wai-ling and Clara Lau Suk-hing have been appointed as non-executive directors at Town Health.
Fok, 63, is an honorary clinical assistant professor in the school of public health and primary care at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and an honorary clinical assistant professor in family medicine at the University of Hong Kong.
Following the changes, Town Health now has a 19-member board.
